We booked Luke Johnson Creative to do our photography and videography for our wedding day and were so over the moon with how everything turned out. We are yet to receive our video, but based on the photos, I have no doubt that we will love it. Luke and Dave were so easy to get along with and helped make everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I also need to make mention of how heart-warming it was to see the effort Luke went to when communicating with my Mum who is deaf. He could've easily asked someone else to pass on directions, etc. to her, but he made sure to get her attention and communicate with her directly the best he could which made my day. Luke was so friendly and easy to chat with right from our first meeting, and I am so glad we went with him to capture our special day. I was originally a bit hesitant due to the lack of reviews, but don't let this deter you. If you book Luke Johnson Creative, you will not regret it!

We knew we wanted Luke to capture our special day from the first meeting. We had an engagement photo shoot and Luke made us both feel at ease. On the day, Luke was aware of the time but never made us feel rushed. He has such a way with making posed/structured photos look natural and his eye for capturing beautiful moments of our day showed when we received all of our photos. We didn't have a video-grapher for the day and with Luke, we didn't need it. The candid and posed photos he captured throughout the day tell a story and capture the love, happiness and fun. We chose Luke to photograph and video our wedding. We chose the package that included 10 hours of photography and videography and we were stoked with the results.

My husband aren't fans of being in front of the camera, so we opted for an engagement shoot so that we could learn to be comfortable. This only confirmed that Luke was the right choice. We were so comfortable on the day. We have had so many people comment on how good the photos were, someone even saying that they are the best wedding photos that they have ever seen. The video was also superb. I had a friend who wasn't at the wedding tell me about how emotional it made them feel. The final products were all amazing, and I am only writing about what others said because of course we think these were the best photos and videos.

The best part about Luke though, was how fantastic he was to work with. He was incredibly prompt, but patient with us. He helped us create a timeline and gave us feedback on our run sheet. The bridal party even commented both on how he was helpful with direction in posing for portraits, but also how chill he was so it was relaxing and not stressful. We have such beautiful photos that capture both posed and candid moments.

I would highly recommend that anyone considering photo and/or video consider Luke. Thank you for providing us with something to look back on for years to come!
