A good community resource. I went to a 3 full day workshop on assisting in death and dying. The facilitator was not told that if you wanted to use the proper kitchen facilities you need to book the kitchen as well as the room. The room had a sink and hot water for making hot drinks, a fridge and heating. Large enough room, high ceilings, carpeted and 2 sets of doors and glass to the outside.

This cosy little community centre is tucked away in a garden setting right in Mount Claremont. I attended a lovely weekend workshop here and the venue couldn't have been more perfect.

Here for a meeting, in the Tuart Room (one of the rooms named after native Australian trees). A cold day, but the heating was not very efficient, most attendees kept their warm jackets on.
