If you want a company to represent you in the most unprofessional fashion use this one.
They impersonated clients to try and gain information as well as arriving to serve documents at 7 am when the agreed time was 6pm and when questioned why 13 hours early the response was “my boss told me this time”. The way the went about the process of trying to serve me a document was totally disgusting.

I've been going to AAC Process Servers in a professional capacity for over 3 years now, and my colleagues have been using them for much longer. They are the most efficient process servers we have worked with (we have also on occasion utilised interstate process servers, the WA bailiff, and regional process servers), very competitively priced, and very professional. They proactively keep you up to date on matters (which is particularly helpful when you have a large volume of documents being served at any one time), and keep detailed records of their service attempts (which can be very helpful down the line).

Because of their incompetence my divorce was delayed. When I spoke to the manager I didn’t even get an apology just “don’t worry this happens all the time” ye I bet it does. So upset and disappointed! Very unprofessional.
