Our new kitchen has turned out just as I'd envisaged, thanks to Ian listening and asking the right questions during the planning stage.
The communication, transparency and efficiency was evident from the design and planning stage, through to final product.
A schedule/time-frame was give to us for the installation week and everything went precisely to plan.
Ian's tradies were all prompt, polite and obviously experienced and skilled. And no surprises cost-wise, as his quote is all inclusive of their work.
Design, materials, functionality and aesthetics are all of a high standard.

Ian and Charlie are just lovely people and to have a company that does EVERYTHING, without the customer having organise anything is just wonderful. All Tradies organised by Ian, I didn't have to do any of that, very competitive quote with beautiful attention to detail. All finishes done beautifully (and I wanted fittings well and truly outside the square).

Very happy with the end result on a difficult project that was only one day late. Complete kitchen renovation , cutting out of some load bearing walls and a new hybrid floor throughout. Jesse, who did the floors including 3 days of just levelling was a superstar. We got our own interior designer to do a couple of tweaks at the end which I think slightly improved the result. I took one star off as I had to personally deal with too many issues on-site directly with the trades due to Iess supervision being provided than was necessary in my opinion.
