After doing months of research to find the best flooring for our new build, my wife and I visited Carpet Force in Nedlands. We were very impressed by the selection of flooring on offer, but what impressed us most was the very friendly, prompt, down to earth and professional service we were offered by all staff. In particular, we were assisted by Jamie with our flooring selection and purchase; he answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the entire process. We wanted part of our flooring installed in the kitchen before the island bench-top was put in place, and this was no problem at all because Jamie was able to liaise with our builder and the flooring installer to ensure this was done to our satisfaction. Once the rest of the build had progressed, the flooring installer completed the job and we are absolutely thrilled with the result! This company I would recommend if you can wait 7 months to see your carpet finally arrive. I was told originally it would be delivered 16th January so I organised removalists and someone to take up all the quarter rounds as apparently they no longer do this at carpet force . When I checked to see what time it would be delivered I was told it will be only be a few weeks longer as they were held up in Sydney. I rang again after a month or so to see what’s happening (which I shouldn’t have had to) to be told we’re not sure when it’s coming across. This went on until finally I got through with an answer just before Easter. So I had to organise removalists again to move the furniture so it wasn’t in the way. We were going overseas and had to leave all my furniture in the garage for considerable time as it could only be delivered 2 days before we were flying out. John called and asked do we still want a mat for the hall way and could I re measure as he lost them. The strips for doorways were the wrong colour to top it all off. I did not contact them again , 2 months later I had an email requesting money. It was only then that they completed the job for us. In total 7 months, words fail. Don’t go with them there are far more compassionate carpet dealers out there that care about customers and their reputation.

I would not recommend this company to my friends and family. We have ordered carpets from Carpet Force twice and on both occasions the carpets were delivered three weeks too late. On the first occasion 'a train had a breakdown on the Nullabor' and on the second occasion our carpet 'was lost by the shipping company'. When wanting to talk to the owner of Carpet Force he is always 'with another client' or 'downloading carpets from the truck out the back'. This company lacks organisation!!
