Great place for ergonomic chairs, desks and other office/bedroom equipment. I was looking for a standing desk and we were glad to have had such wonderful service from Andrew as he briefed us about what is the best option for a standing desk that’s good for the body’s posture. This place should be your first option if you’re planning to have an ergonomic study.

I was served by Alex who has excellent customer service skills 🙂 I settled for the Herman Miller Embody which is an excellent chair and feels like it supports my body quite well. What I liked most about the chair is its configurability. You can mould the chair to suit your requirements. Though one of the pricier options, it's worth considering this chair for your spinal health if you spend a decent amount of time in your study.

I'm on the east coast, and after calls and emails to other providers on the east coast went unanswered, I reached out to Bad Backs (having dealt with them years ago in Perth) Jonathan was an absolute star. Super responsive, able to get a gas lift sorted for me and on it's way to me in less than 24 hours. From years ago to now - the service has remained excellent. Thanks team!

Ordered a new Soft Guards lumbar support brace online Wednesday arvo, had it in my hands Friday morning.
This brace replaces the exact same brace that I have had in service for the past 6 years, originally purchased from Bad Backs. The original has been subjected to various physio creams, 18 months of daily hydro therapy in chlorine water, heat, sweat and who knows what else. It has just lately lost its elasticity and has become time to replace it. The brace actually lasted twice the distance and use anyone could expect in my opinion.
Happily recommend Bad Backs Store and the Soft Guards lumbar support brace to everyone.

Fantastic shop to deal with,a electric bed I purchased quite a number of years ago, I had a part I needed to replace. After talking to the wholesaler they asked me for the original invoice of cause I had not kept it. After ringing Bad Backs they went right back found my invoice and emailed it to me. My purchase was great and after two years to get that after sales service was unbelievable. Well done guys. I certainly can not put into words that kind service,a pleasure. If you have the need to use a shop specializing in bad backs go here first.

10/10 for zero gravity chairs. These chairs are absolutely wonderful, I simply cannot praise them enough. I cannot sit for any length of time in a normal chair after an accident in which I recieved a compression fracture in the lumbar spine. This is the only chair that I am comfortable in and the relief when I sit down and recline the chair is immediate. I am able to watch TV, read, eat and snooze as the chair can be easily adjusted to a wide range of positions which take the pressure off my spine and hips. I can't imagine what my recovery would be like without this chair, (mostly spent in bed probably) I would also recommend the staff at Bad Backs, the advice and service received from them was excellent and much appreciated.
