Beware!!! This business lists items as Original, but sell the FAKE items/Replicas.
I purchased a Spigen phone case and it is advertised as genuine. However I received a replica that looks close to original but it was a fake. Look at the photos of what they advertised and what they actually sent. Shameful, they are a rip off. Never buy from them if you don't want your hard earned money to go down the drain.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent purchase of two batteries. After purchasing the items, I inquired about the possibility of returning them. Your team agreed and provided instructions for the return, which I followed, paying for the delivery back to WA myself.

Upon receiving the returned items, I was promptly issued a refund. However, I was disappointed to find that 20% of the refund was deducted for restocking, along with an additional delivery fee. Despite my inquiries, I have not received an explanation for these charges.

In total, for a $90 item, I paid for the initial delivery, the return delivery, and an additional $30 was deducted from my refund for “internal managing costs.” This seems unfair and unreasonable. Additionally, there was a waiting time of a month before the initial delivery. So not really great if you are in rush.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation for these charges and a reconsideration of the refund amount.

i was considering using this buisness as a permanent parts supplier but in reality i feel it was a bad idea, upon further looking i was going to return some items that i ordered for the wrong model but got showed it was going to take away 16 dollars from the original 95 dollar price for a restocking fee and also i would have to pay for postage out of pocket leaving the grand total of my money reimbursed at a 20% decrese. i have gone through other websites some even like ali express and upon refunds they have given me a postage label for free and have covered the postage fees without any extra fees giving me back the full amount. i may purchase again from here but it is highly unlikely. not too happy.

I handed in my gigabyte aorus 15p kd which had a broken charging port. A few low reviews made me a little weary initially but now realise they seem very unrealistic judging by how well their service was. The got my laptop fixed perfectly within the timeframe they provided. Charging port replacement requires work done to the motherboard and I can say for sure I can trust these guys. 100% recommend!

Advertise genuine Samsung battery. Received and installed batteries. Phone is now showing that battery health is at 60% eventhough it is a brand new battery. These batteries are non genuine. Scam. Do not buy from here.
