Clothes and presentation fantastic. REALLY disappointed with the 'volunteer' on this morning. Closes at 12 noon. I was in the changeroom at 11.40 am, from 11.45 every customer that came in was told 'We're closed'. I asked aren't you open until 12pm? 'Yes but we're all volunteers here you know, and we have to do the till'. 2-3 people came in and ended up apologising profusely... for putting her out. Seriously? Even some volunteers need the sack. Or maybe some customer service training I left feeling furious at the way customers were being treated ... my tongue is so sore from biting it.
