We see TFA for our aussiedoodle Hendrix and he comes out looking fantastic every time. Yuri does such an amazing job (especially considering our dog is 28kgs and bounces off the walls) and goes above and beyond even bringing him out to the car for me when my baby was asleep in the back. Lovely, kind, and Hendrix is always so excited when we drop him off. 🙂

I’ve been going here for years because they are so good. My puppy Bonnie likes this place so much she hyper ventilates as we go in the front door. The groomer who does her is so kind and considerate and the cut so perfect even when you ask for short summer cuts. I’m a grumpy old guy who normally leaves negative reviews but these people are lovely and do a brilliant job 😀

Couldn’t recommend The Fur Alchemists more!! The groomers are so lovely always making sure to take care good care of my boy, he is always so happy leaving his groom! Nishta is amazing, and has been so loving and welcoming to us as we start his first grooms. I appreciate their patience, kindness and professionalism with my Bailey boy 🥰

We had such a lovely experience getting our poodle groomed today! The service was very friendly and professional, the price was great and not to mention the groom! I’ve never seen our boy look and smell so good!! Highly recommend! We will be becoming regulars from now on.

I'm sorry I cannot give 5 star. I hope this review helps, not hurts the business, that's the intention.

Online booking process was problematic. Had to call 2 times to sort it. The staff knows the booking system is a pain in the back. I hope you guys get it sorted.

The online price is not clear. I booked grooming 99-114$.
I thought that's the range. When I picked-up the dog it was 155$... There are extras listed on the website, but there's no communication or understanding on what I will be charged for and how much. So, I paid the $155 and considered my loss.

The discussion about dog behavior: I get it, some dogs are more sensitive than others, and I'm sure mine may be too. However, the environment and the way the groomer handles the dog matters. Imagine you get taken into a new place, chaotic, loud, with barking dogs and get handled by a stranger before getting to befriend them a bit. Off course you will be anxious. So, being charged extra for "difficult dog" is somewhat subjective. My past groomers overseas never mentioned the dog is difficult, but these were people who genuinely liked dogs and had fun doing the job...there needs to be some accountability for the environment.

Once I got home, I checked his dog and unfortunately, they were not clean. Combined with the 155$ price it was a bit hmm.

The groom was ok, a bit choppy tbh, but I could live with it if the other things above were good.

I am delighted with the care and grooming our elderly Westie received at The Fur Alchemists yesterday. She came out looking super pretty — clean, soft and gorgeous, with an excellent quality Westie cut. I am so happy to have found such a great local grooming service. Thank you Nishta and Yuri — I will definitely be booking her in regularly from now on!

I have a very anxious dog and Nishta takes great care to make sure he is comfortable and happy at the groomers! His paws are so cute and neat after visiting and the service feels very personal!
