Be careful when paying cash. The lady used a monitor that was facing her and we couldn't see the prices. Always ask for receipt as items scanned were changed into something else and we were charged $6.50 extra.

I often buy Rui fish from here but today instead of 1 kg Rui fish, the price bill was for 1 kg Rita fish. I hope such a mistake will not be repeated.

The staff is very rude. Though not every items price is marked, when asked the staff, rudely said, the price is written.

Secondly, the staff when using machine, rounds up the price, when asked why, says bank charged extra. So, put up a notice that card payment will cause extra charge.

Request to the manager please put notice of exact time of return from your break. On notice it was written that staff is coming back in five minutes but me and other two was watching from 20 to 25 minutes and 2/3 customers returned as the shop was closed. Please write at what time you are coming back. Will be convinced to all of us. Thanks

Lovely ladies that run this shop and provide exceptional customer service.

Please be mindful that there are two Indian groceries in Coventry Village (Ausbangla and Indian Bazaar) therefore confusing the two and leaving hate/negative reviews is unfair to each business.
