The only thing keeping this place open is its location and 50% -60% recurring sale. That’s the only reason I use them on occasion.

Appointments are not guaranteed. Twice they canceled my appointment on a short notice because staff called in sick and then couldn’t find a replacement.

Today, I was 3 minutes late for my appointment and I was turned back as they would have to stay back (arguably work 5min longer). They’d rather cancel the client and revenue and leave work early, than work 5 minutes after closing.

What a bunch of unprofessional people. Apparently “I’ve booked a wrong room” when I booked online which led to short notice cancellation and failure to deliver services. People on the phone sounded less than interested to rectify the problem and kept blaming me for “booking wrong machine”.

I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received at Claremont from cosmetic nurse Kelsey. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly which made me feel at ease for my appointment. I would recommend everyone to see her for any Botox needs, particularly if it is your first time as she explains everything that she will be doing during your session and is happy to answer any questions you may have. Thankyou Kelsey!

I have only got positive things to say about this clinic. Carmen and her lovely team have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with since my first visit. I was super nervous about getting Botox for the first time however, nurse Kelsey was extremely warm and thorough all throughout my treatment. I will definitely be back soon, 5 stars from me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have very fair skin and they should have advised me that it’s not possible with my skin type and that there was a high risk of permanent damage. I’ve since learned that in clinics in Denmark, Europe, they turn away people with my skin type and refuse to try because it does not work and can leave permanent scars. I have permanent white scarring and the skin is still darker almost two years after. I had two treatments. This clinic clearly doesn’t have the necessary experience or they simply do not care. Don’t try if you have fair skin.

Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend laser hair removal as it has worked wonders for my skin and hair type! I always get Britney as my beauty therapist and can’t recommend her enough either - consistently does an amazing job on all my different treatments and has the best attention to detail.

I have been getting facials here regularly and they are wonderful! The whole experience is so relaxing…I have fallen asleep! Love coming here!

It was my first session with the lovely Georgia today at LCA in Claremont Quarter, and from the very start I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of professionalism during the initial consult. I have been to other laser clinics and not had anything as in depth explained to me prior to the procedure, as well as the perfect aftercare and maintenance routine to stick to afterwards! Georgia made my experience so pleasant, pain free and actually fun!
