I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I provided them with a Dräger 7000RX adaptor (R56230), but they lost it. When I inquired about it, they falsely claimed that I never gave it to them. If I hadn't provided it, why were they searching for it in the first place? The behavior of the staff was incredibly rude—one employee even mocked my surname and laughed about it.
I've already spent $125 on the Dräger 7000RX adaptor (R56230) and $355 on the specs, totaling $480, only to find that I can't use them. Now, I have to spend another $125 to make the specs functional. This has been a complete waste of my time and money.

Visited Mine Spec today for fitting prescription PPE overall excellent service and wide range of gear. Really good explanation of the range and prescription services. No rush at all I spent a solid 30 mins just trying stuff on. Great quote as well!
