I have been a customer of Surrounds for the past 20 years. Scott Reid and his team especially Matt and Ian are the top notch in their industry. They have wide and in-depth knowledge on any products related home cinema, home automation, alarm systems, CCTV etc. They are the best and completely professional in the delivery of their services. Surrounds provides outstanding after-sales service for an indefinite period of time. Absolutely exceptional and highly recommended to everyone.

Just purchased a new Naim music server from Surrounds, to replace an old one that died. Andrew and Seb transferred my 450 albums of music from my backup NAS to the new server at no charge, saving me many hours of toil. Andrew's product knowledge of Naim; his low key yet supportive sales approach, and the support of Chris from Naim Australia is an awesome combination. I highly recommend Surrounds for sales and support of the full Naim range of HiFi products.

We recently used Surrounds to design and install a wifi, alarm and hifi network for our new house in Cottesloe. I have never experienced such incredible service right across the board - from every single one of their highly experienced team. No task was too small, no issue not resolved quickly. Their professionalism, can do attitude, regular site visits, constant hand holding and patient explanations made them a stand out supplier in our build. They even attended our site when NBN were connecting to make sure it was done properly. Our in-home theatre, alarm and wifi are absolutely incredible - I would use Surrounds again and again and again!

Keep up the good work guys

Been dealing with Dale and the team at surround for many years now for business and for my own home theatre requirements.

Great bunch of blokes and they have a wealth of knowledge from Sonos to Naim, Vinyl to Blu-Ray, McIntosh to Rotel

They have access to all the major brands and even have exclusive dealership on many of the hard to get brands out of America and the UK right here in Australia
