I went in today to enquire about my friends hair, which she had box died blonde with aims for a platinum colour which ended up being extraordinarily orange. I went in with hopes to get rid of the brassy tones, and got recommended some products to help. And honestly amazing! And I can't believe we managed to fix her hair. Her hair looks professionally done now all thanks to the lady who had helped me. Next time I need advice on any hair-related matters I am coming here! I didn't catch her name, but I am sure she remembers ahahha

Overpriced items, and little assistance from staff who would rather be talking to each other than serving customers.

Unless you have a “trade account” they won’t sell you hair colour or developer.

I am shocked and devastated at the discriminating, degrading way I was treated in your store yesterday by your manager Tania.

I entered the store at approximately 10.30 am to buy stock. I was offered no assistance in the time I was there.

Tania scanned my items through the till. After I paid she asked me to open my handbag for her to inspect inside. I was taken back as there was NO reason at all for this request. although shocked at being asked, I obliged as I had nothing to hide. I asked Tania why I was being singled out, she responded by telling me "They have cameras everywhere and she had been told to check me out by the person monitoring the cameras." To my surprise she then asked me to "undo my jacket and show me what was inside." NEVER in my entire life have I ever been asked to undo my clothing in a store! I had just completed a Pilates class and was wearing very tight branded gym wear with a light jacket. I was so humiliated and embarrassed I have never in my life stolen or attempted to steal and today was NO exception!!! ! I took everything our of my pockets, unzipped my jacket. I turned around voluntarily so she could see that I had nothing. It was surreal I could not believe what she was making me do in front of a shop full of customers and staff. I felt so degraded and humiliated, especially as I noticed the whole store was watching me be degraded unlawfully!! I was so upset I ran outside to call for help and legal assistance.

If your store has cameras as she was claiming, it would clearly show that I had NOT taken anything or given any reason to be targeted and treated in such a degrading, disgusting manner.
Clearly your manager has NO management or people skills!!!

I was unfairly discriminated against because of the way I was dressed. Which Tania admitted to when I went back in the store to ask her name as I was advised to do so this incident could be investigated.

Incredible to think you have NO customer service, yet you have someone on your camera instructing staff unlawfully to degrade and humiliate your loyal customers in a store full of people.

I have been a salon owner and shopped at your company for over 30 years. I have relatives and many friends in the industry. I promise to let them all know of the disgusting, discriminating and humiliating way I was treat in your store yesterday.

Outstanding staff. I went in with a hair issue and the lady that served me instantly recognised the issue and made suggestions to amend. After the first use of the recommended products my hair instantly feels 100% better. Thank you so much for your expert advice and ability to listen and solve an issue with care, friendliness. In my view, the best way to judge a business is not by how "nothing ever happens", but by how they respond when something is not quite the way I was hoping it would be!
On a couple of friends' (hairdressers) recommendation, I went to this shop to find my new regular shampoo and conditioner.
After inquiring about my hair, frequency of washing, etc, a very friendly consultant suggested a product for me.
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me at all.
After a day or so of stressing about the potential loss of 2x $30 or so, I contacted the company. I really should not have worried. I was of course very welcome to return the products. When I got there, staff had already discussed other options for me and suggested two alternative brands. I chose one and now I am very happy with the result. My hair, which is ultra fine and not easy to care for feels fantastic.
Not cheap, for sure, but money well spent on quality products, great customer service and consumer satisfaction.
