The lady that served us was named Phoebe and she did an exemplary job and is amazing at her job and customer service. She should be commended for her job. The atmosphere was amazing, lots of different dining options and our food came really quickly, I’d say within 10 minutes. Highly recommend getting a good burger here

If you’re around the Claremont area, you absolutely have to check out Grill'd on St Quentin Ave. It’s super close to Curtin University, so it's perfect for us busy students wanting a tasty break between classes or after hitting the books!

First off, the location is pretty amazing. Grill'd is smack-dab near major shopping spots, so whether you're grabbing a bite before some retail therapy or just hanging out with friends, this place is super convenient.

They offer four types of buns, traditional, paninity,?glutten free, and low carbs buns, all of them soft and fresh. Personally, I love the variety because who doesn’t like options, right? And the patty, oh wow, is it good. It's packed with flavor and well-cooked, making each bite a real treat.

The condiments at Grill'd deserve a standing ovation. You've got your bun, patty, sauce, and pickles all working together in perfect harmony. Imagine a medley of salty, sweet, savory, tangy, and spicy flavors having a party in your mouth. That’s exactly what you get here! The sauce adds a creamy tanginess that perfectly complements the juicy patty and the crunch from the pickles adds that extra zing. It's a taste explosion!

The seats were not clean the tables were sticky and there was birds poo on some of them.

The beer came promptly but the bottle had not been opened, that took another five minutes. Both burgers were inedible. We left in disgust.
We won't be going to any branch of this chain at any time in the future.

Previously a positive experience but recently had a bad experience with one mistake after another… missing beer… missing patty in a burger (which I have never seen happen before)… missing order… then corrected to the wrong order - just all around terrible service. Really disappointing because we suggested the location! So embarrassed! Two stars because they gave us free chips at least

Fantastic place serving delicious burgers. Lots of different options available from beef, chicken to mushroom meat fable burgers which are my favourite.

Great customer service. The young man was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We really liked the zucchini chips. The beef burger was cooked well and juicy. I really loved my mushroom meat fable spicy cheeseburger. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Like that there are lots of vegetarian options available.
