Called with a plumbing problem as soon as they opened at 7am and got an immediate and helpful response, with Gerry sending a plumber over within the hour. The plumber was friendly and skilled and got the problem solved in a matter in less than an hour. He also provided me with explanations and advice. The price was very reasonable as well!

I have called upon Gerry and the boys at Neutral Bay plumbing 3 times in the last few years and each time they have provided excellent service.

Living in a 40 year old house they have replaced our hot water service, unblocked our sewer and repaired some old copper pipe work that had seen better days. All these jobs were carried out promptly and the level of workmanship has been faultless.

Gerry has taken the time to explain the intricacies of each job and has provided estimates of time, material and Labour prior to starting each job. Neutral Bay plumbing has always provided great service , always using quality parts that will provide years of trouble free service.

Glenn and Gerry were fantastic. Had hot water issues and they diagnosed the issue (which was a tricky one) then they arranged for the gas company to install a new reader. The communication throughout was exceptional. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber.

I contacted NB Plumbing for installation of a new kitchen sink mixer. Glenn provided expert product advice, was very efficient and identified a safety issue on a different matter whilst at our home recently.

There was a billing enquiry on completion which got resolved by Gerry, much appreciated and well done NB Plumbing!

Very expensive plumber! Their service is not worth the money, and the Director Gerry is not a pleasant guy to deal with.
Use them if you are prepared to pay $$$$$$$$ for mediocre service.
