I've been using Eighth Ave for around a year now, and always enjoy my time there. Facilities are great, and everyone is understanding about getting focused work done or making time to socialise and meet other people. Oliver makes awesome coffee and loves to hear about the progress everyone is making, and will often make an introduction to a local businesses that aligns with your own.

Our business worked out of Eighth Ave Social for over 12 months and loved it there! The owner Oliver is so friendly and helpful (and makes a great coffee!), the amenities and boardrooms are great, and we found everyone who works there was lovely and very friendly. We were very sad to leave when we grew and had to move into our own office space, and love going back in to visit the team. Thanks for everything Oliver!

Eighth Avenue Social is a friendly and welcoming community in the heart of Maylands. I've been a member for over 12 months and am a huge fan. Thanks to being a member here, I've met kind and interesting people working on all types of projects and businesses. It's also been a valuable space for business meetings with clients and colleagues and allowed me to work productively when I needed a break from home office life.

Eighth Avenue Social is well located to the train station and parking, making it convenient for locals, commuters, and visitors alike.

The building renovation retains the charm of the buildings original features whilst also incorporating practical updates needed in a co-working space like phone booths, access to power, and good wifi.

The updates also improved accessibility in the building, with an accessible parking bay, ramp to the rear entrance, and accessible bathroom added. There are a small number of steps between the front entrance and cafe to the main co-working area to be aware of if accessibility is a consideration.

Finally, Oliver runs his business with a professional work ethic and a strong commitment to creating a good experience for everyone who walks in the door. Whether it's help with technology, setting up a room for a meeting, or just another coffee on a busy day, Oliver helps with a smile.
