Fantastic Service and Quality Bikes!

We visited morley shop to get new bikes for my kid and wife today, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Wiehan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we needed. He helped us find the perfect bikes for our rides, and they had a great range of options for all budgets. Boxing day discount is awesome.

This shop is little crowd but clean, well-organized, and has everything need for cycling.

I cannot say enough about the service and the staff at 99 Bikes!

Not only did they look after my hubby when he came to order a bike, but due to health reasons we had to change the order and the staff were AMAZING!

So professional and understanding, polite, helpful! Nothing seems too much for them.

This must be coming down from the top so the owners or the management team for Morley are beyond impeccable.

If you are looking for a bike, don't go anywhere else.

Large number of staff with friendly demeanour, however, person stated as only one qualified to answer e-bike brake pad related queries initially proved unavailable so decided to return later. Upon return was served by one of the initial staff members after quite some wait - though one staff member was engaged with other customers, another assembling bikes - and eventually sold the parts I required. I would suggest that given the premium charged compared to both online and other shop based sources for the part purchased, customer service and product knowledge accross the team could be much improved to compensate.

I have just bought a new Merida 160 500 dual suspension mountain bike from Cass, her customer service was outstanding and she helped me choose the best bike for the activities I planned on doing. She was also very knowledgeable and respectful and helped me adjust and install a new mudguard on the bike too.

Walked in to 99 bikes today to have a issue rectified on my son’s bike. Cass and Chris were extremely helpful they rectified it on the spot and even carried out a first service. Their knowledge and customer service is top notch. Thanks guys 👍
