Plenty of free street parking, the cafe is massive undercover and inside is spacious. Also sell other products beside food and coffee.

Hugely popular with babies, just about every second patron have a pram. Yeah the spacious of the place make it excellent for that.

If you after bagels this is the place to be. I thought the serving is small but the quality and filling is very good.

Highly recommend L&A. Excellent coffee and food. Prettiest brioche french toast I've ever seen. The cheesy chorizo scram was very good too. Plus great little bookstore (run by non-for-profit Aboriginal organisation) and gift shop inside focused on WA produced items. Dogs are welcome in the covered outdoor area.

Nice little cafe with plenty of room. Has good coffee and breakfast was good. Also small art and gift shop attached.
I had the Native Plate, which was extremely nice. The whole meal was good, and plenty of it. But got to admit, the Kangaroo sausage was extremely tasty. So if you’d like to try something different for breakfast. Can definitely recommend this dish.

Very inviting ambience. Lovely outdoor deck accessible by ramp or side door. Immediate polite and warm service. Kaltiva beans. Good selection of cow milk alternatives (someone actually thought it through) and soy latte tasted like coffee not soy. Long black rich flavour toffee after tones. Coffees delivered in under 10 minutes.

Been here a couple of times now and both times food and coffee was consistently good! Loved the miso Mushroom with candied pear, and the eggplant dish. We went during peak brunch time on Saturday and really appreciated the communication from the team regarding wait times. Will definitely be back again!

Always love coming here for breakfast.

Their bagels are great, love the bread that they use in their other dishes it's a nice change from the brick hard sour dough that every other venue uses.

Only issue is I think they need more soft finishings to help absorb some of the noise as it gets super crowded and so noisy inside

Brunch catchup with my high tea gang but this time, we are having brunch!
Trying out Local and Aesthetic located in Mt Lawley.

I haven’t had brunch for a while, this is my first brunch in 2024.

We ordered:
Chilli 🌶️ eggs 🥚
Miso Mushrooms 🍄
Eggs on toast with additional mushroom

The dishes were delicious. We enjoyed the food and as well as laughters!

Great coffee, I love my scramble egg & Bagel with Honey cream cheese. However, my husband was a bit disappointed with his miso mushroom, he said he can’t taste the miso and the mushroom was dry like dehydrated, the pesto sauce was overpowering. But overall, lovely cafe, plenty to space. We will be back to try other dishes.
