I recently purchased a dining table from Shack, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The ordering process was smooth, and I received regular and clear communication with updates on my order.
The delivery team provided the very best customer service I've ever experienced. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and took great care assembling the table. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing behind.
I highly recommend Shack for their excellent product and outstanding customer service. This was a truly impressive experience from beginning to end.

Excellent in store customer experience and delivery service. Really appreciate Stephenie's help regarding the stairway access in our old unit. The delivery boys are the most professional and responsible guys that I have ever seen so far. They successfully manoeuvred the 220mm TV Unit between stairwells. I like Shack accessories and furniture. It's a vibe of antique and dedication.

Purchased two Capri entertainment units and absolutely love them! The purchase was made over the phone and was so easy. I was told that the cupboards were due in a couple of weeks to the warehouse. I had a call literally two days later to say that they had arrived! Delivery was the same week! Amazing service! Everyone from the sales to the delivery were so pleasant and helpful. Such a nice change! I am over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be buying more from Shack!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Shack. I’ve been looking for some dining chairs for a while. My table is large and custom made so it’s been tough finding a match. When I visited the store last year the staff were so helpful and I was able to take 2 different chairs home to try out.

Fast forward to this year I decided to purchase the 8 chairs which were slightly over budget but TBH well worth it! They are solid and the quality is great! Also thanks to the delivery team who were quick and efficient! A lot more family time there now that we don’t have to pile 2-3 cushions on the old chairs to get the height ‍♀️?

I needed a nice desk very quickly and at a reasonable price. I got all of that at Shack. Very happy and was able to pick it up from the warehouse. They also have 2 showrooms however I purchased online. I will definitely be checking Shack for my future furniture purchases.

Don’t fall for the look of the furniture; the quality is next to none . Bought a 10-person dining table and despite using heat mats, the surface got ruined. We never put very hot pans or pots on the table even with heat mats, but the quality is so poor that it can’t even bear a tiny amount of indirect heat. It is only good if you want to serve sushi or other cold food to your guests. It is expected from a dining table to at least resist reasonable indirect heat. The circle mark of in the photo is actually the mark of the heat mat! I just realised that other dining table buyers have had the similar problem. I should have read the reviews carefully before buying. When I raised this issue with them, they simply said that I haven't taken good care of the item!
