Exceptional range and excellent customer service. Thank you so much Britt and Tyson. Not only was I blown away by your beautiful and affordable product range…your customer service is unbelievable. I purchased a floor lamp online and forgot about the shade. When I rang, Britt already had my order and was able to send me photos of three shades choices without any trouble or delay and was happy to do so. I am getting a bit older and miss the good old days of customer service and absolutely received that ten fold today. I recently purchased a lamp shade from Urban Lighting, and I can’t recommend this family-run business enough!
Their selection of lighting options is impressive, but what truly sets Urban Lighting apart is their outstanding customer service. Tyson and the team went above and beyond to help when I discovered my shade didn’t fit the lamp base after it was delivered. All my questions were answered and tips for installation were supplied. They even went so far as to send attachments (to make the shade fit) free of charge.
It’s rare to find such a commitment to customer care in today’s market - so thank you Urban Lighting.

A dedicated, caring, knowledgeable and unbeatable team, right in the heart of Willoughby who value their clientele and the service they provide. Helen, Rob, Kimberley and Jay were all absolutely amazing. Helen took the time to advise us of all finer lighting details and made us feel well equipped for our project. Didn't make an appointment but popped in at what was a busy time. Rachel Assistant personally greeted me, apologised for (brief) wait, and then solved my need for a lampshade to go with a tricky base I owned and made a daunting job easy. Great result. Great price too! Thanks guys

We were in need of four table lamps for specific areas in our home and Britt could not have been more helpful. She managed to source pieces for us and the turnaround time was very quick . In addition her eye for style and design was a huge help in our decision making giving us good sound advice . When we picked up our lamps Kimberley served us and she was just as helpful given it was a very busy Saturday morning in the shop. Don’t waste your time with other places if you want quality products and good old fashion personal attention .
