I’ve selected Reno Pack for three jobs in the past 5 years. The first was an urgent full renovation that was executed quickly and from interstate (at the time) after some destructive tenants vacated my investment property. The second was a common-area bathroom for my strata building’s pool area. Most recently, my own home where I was able to spend more time and be involved personally.

In each job the end-to-end process from scope and design to the final inspection was very smooth and professional. The services package and suppliers are also reasonably flexible. In each job the team at Reno Pack maintained excellent relationships with my neighbours. The quality of design, materials and workmanship was high and is often commented upon by others, including my estate agent and satisfied Owners Corp members.

It’s very unlikely I could have coordinated this package of work myself for the same price, and certainly not in the same timeframes. Wherever we have had challenges, the team worked with me collaboratively to resolve them and a small item of warranty work has been honoured. When a tenant caused damage, I was able to get matching materials and installation by Reno Pack with ease.

I regularly personally recommend this business to people who are looking for a quality, good value renovation with minimum fuss or worry long-term.

I chose Renopak because I was doing a major project in an apartment and they took care of the building strata requirements and dealt with the building manager directly.

The overall job was extremely good quality and the result looks great.

The project took a couple of weeks longer than expected so I would have liked to have had more visibility of timelines from start to end. I felt like I had to chase them.

There were a few issues which could have been avoided if there was more attention to detail.

Also there was quite a limited range of tiles and fixtures to choose from.

Overall I’m happy with the result.

Quality of the work was exceptional, but the thing that really stood them apart for us was the ‘can do’ attitude of Dave and all the trades. We recently used Reno Pack to renovate our single level villa and we couldn't be happier.

Reno Pack have systemitised the entire process of updating your property and we had a seemless experience. From the initial scoping and quoting through to the final handover, it was professionally handled.

What set Reno Pack apart for us was how easy everything was. Once we decided to go ahead, a document folder was provided so we could consult with strata and provide all the necessary details which made this part of the process far easier.

Similarly, the design aspects were also a breeze. A few hours with Reno Pack's inhouse designer resulted in the kitchen layout we wanted and virtually all of the product selection locked in. We realised later that this saved us countless hours shopping every weekend and trying to contain the budget, get the right product and get it to fit in with all of the other items we had selected. This advice was invaluable to us.

Once construction got underway, we found that the progress was as discussed and any hiccups were highlighted earlier with the options and costs available to move forward. Given their expertise in strata buildings, there were no complaints from neighbours and everything went smoothly.

We have been back in our home for a few months now and we just love the work that Reno Pack have performed for us. Thanks to all the team that were involved!

From my very first telephone interaction (with Maria), until the conclusion of this project, Luke and all of his team have been utterly brilliant ! I particualry appreciated the inhouse design and finishes facilities provided at HQ, which made everything so very efficient and entirely seamless. It is with great pleasure that we write to express our sheer delight with the process and outcome of the upgrade of our apartment by this organisation.

From the beginning, all of the team gave us a feeling of total confidence in their capabilities. Their calm and measured approach to all aspects of the build were seamless. There were the usual challenges that are encountered in any complex apartment renovation particularly noisy works, but all issues were thoroughly managed with clear and prompt communication.

There was a practical approach to the build, giving sensible suggestions to subtle changes as we progressed and tirelessly undertook the numerous variations we threw at them again giving technical guidance as required.

We have completed many projects over the years and are quite particular with the quality of workmanship, we were both overwhelmed with the outcomes that met and, in many areas, exceeded expectations.

In summary we are delighted with and are proud to show off our as new apartment to friends and family. We strongly believe any organisation is only as good as the people who deliver the policies and processes and this team delivered at every level.
