Delayed installation...wrong glass installed and never discussed. Although some windows were replaced..a shattered double glazed glass door due to an employee incorrect positioning of a screw which they refuse to replace...currently have a fair trading complaint in about them...however they bragged that the last 3 Fair Trading complaints went no where..so I'm obviously not the only one..staff standover tactics applied to customers instead of solving the issues...a business with a number of serious problems....product is good if you can get past all that...good luck...

Every step from measure and quote to install was easy and contact was made regularly to keep me updated on what stage my order was at. The final product looked amazing and the install team were professional and clean.

High winds caused our Large front glass door to shatter the other day. Tweed coast were there first thing Monday morning to measure & order & came back the same day to install. The boys were so nice & did a great job. Thanks guys for being so prompt & efficient. The boys also made our odd shaped windows to go into our shop renovation. They look awesome. Thanks again. 🙂

We contracted TCG to supply and fit windows and doors including bifolds, double hung , sliding and exterior doors. The product quality was faultless, unloading was completed by a careful crew and installation maintained the high spec of the building we require. The windows and doors came on schedule and site visits were conducted by pros to ensure no mistakes. Very happy with the result.
