Visited the shop expecting to spend stacks as per usual, like at most tool shops, right? Wrong. The lads here helped me out in getting only the very best deals, Alex in particular went that extra step in making sure my experience was like no other, excellent. I’ve been using total tools in Malaga for over a year now and I highly recommend them the staff are very helpful they have a good range of stock even through the height of the pandemic. I’ve had a warranty issue with one of my tools and they had it sorted in 3 weeks I can’t faulty their service they are awesome to deal with AAA+.

Now that's customer service 👌 went above and beyond to help us with replacing a tool that was faulty, now on the other hand your Joondalup store when asked said we would have to go back to Midland where it was purchased and would have made us go way out of our way and not being from Perth would have been quiet inconvenient.

First of all, today at Kewdale store with Bram was outstanding and was informed the compressor I wished to view was available to view at Malaga store and Bram had informed Kyle, without me asking him to do so, I was on my way.
Again when I arrived at the Malaga store, it was a warm welcome and Kyle was aware I was in the store however was with another customer, but these guys are amazing. Their knowledge of product and the amount of questions I asked being the female I am, highly interested in the products.
I highly recommend Total Tools at both stores. First time for me and not the last. These guys deserve a Pay Rise. Thanks to other gentleman that helped my father with a prothesis leg with patience. I'LL BE BACK !! THANKS HEAPS KATHRYN MILL.

After being let down next door, I decided to try my luck here.
Straight off the bat friendly service and helped sweeten the deal that Sydney would budge on for the exact same Power Tools.
