You guys are amazing! My 55" TV screen had issues. Monia in customer service responded quickly. Unbeknown to me, the screen was cracked & you replaced it under warranty as a good gesture. We brought it to your service centre in Sydney & within 30 min it had been sorted beyond what you needed to & we were on our way. Great job!

Got a 55" Viano smart TV last week.

Picture quality is solid with no noticeable lag, we use it with chromecast and Nintendo switch.

Customer service has been really good when I've have questions like how to turn on HDMI CEC

Love the TV for the price - had better but paid double for it. You get the quality you pay for .. as for service though, ordered a second remote 8 weeks ago only to be told when I followed up that the order "had been overlooked and it will be in Tonight's post"

Terrible service & customer support when consulting the 1800 number after the 32’ tv with built in DVD player failed to find a signal confirming the aerial worked on another television we were then told “go try again maybe it will work this time” by the customer service clerk who proceeded to be quite rude & blunt. Wouldn’t recommend buying a thing from this company unless you plan on getting a refund & a painful phone call from a smug bunch of conmen

the Viano 55 inch 4K TV which i bought from Amazon is excellent. The TV arrived the next day. it was easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent. Highly Recommended

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The phone service is appalling and they never answer my phone calls. I have had one of there tv's for three months and it broke down they have had it for 2 weeks and I cant contact them to see if and when it shall be repaired.....Do not buy a Viano product....
