Phoenix packaging came through with some personalised Mugs for fathers day gifts for my husband and son in law was very short notice but they got these done for me and turned out perfect very impressed with their service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Phoenix Packaging. Our company, SUB13, engaged with Phoenix Packaging for custom boxes with a very basic design: black boxes with a red logo. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, we discovered a line running through the entire box, which was later explained as "the 3rd print head broke so they decided to do 2 pass that explains the line."

Due to a quick deadline, we were forced to engage with another company to rectify the issue and ensure our product was ready to ship. While we understand that issues can occur, the lack of accountability and poor communication from Phoenix Packaging has been unacceptable.

Initially, we were presented with a credit subject to returning the boxes (with our logo printed) to Phoenix HQ. However, we politely requested a refund and offered to dispose of the boxes ourselves. Despite communicating with four different members of the Phoenix team over the course of a month, there has been no resolution.

The first email regarding the issue was received on March 7th, and the last email, received today, April 8th, once again offered only a credit and requested that my team continue storing the faulty boxes until Phoenix is ready to collect them. This prolonged back-and-forth over a mere $400.00 has been incredibly frustrating.

The individuals involved in this order, or rather lack thereof in terms of communication, include Brad, Lahni, and Marc, with David and the accounts department CC'd in as well. We simply wanted a refund and an explanation as to why the boxes needed to be shipped back, and if so, how they would be disposed of, considering our logo is present.

Overall, our experience with Phoenix Packaging has been highly unsatisfactory, and as such, we cannot recommend their services. This one-star review reflects our disappointment and frustration with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Phoenix Package have just printed some Nativity boxes and parts. Their service from first to last has been outstanding!!! The quality is terrific and we are so pleased. Highly recommend this business for all your packaging needs.
