Was very disappointed as a potential customer. Walked in and was lectured instead of assisted. Was given limited feedback to questions asked, as it appeared he felt I was wasting his time. Will not go back again. Offered no assistance when wanted to see some work.. went to another competitor who was extremely helpful and obliging to all questions. Maybe he was having a bad day, but doesn't excuse poor behaviour.

Here is my experience with Steve's cabinets. I was doing a house renovation in Albany in early 2020 and I needed a new kitchen and laundry. I had a general idea of what I wanted and with Steve's help it was designed perfectly for the space. He gave me a very reasonable quote and even included extra things at no extra cost which was brilliant! Prior to construction he came back a few times more than would be normal just to make sure everything was right, which I really appreciated. I created a few delays which meant the window he had available for the job closed. He had a super busy construction schedule but still did his very best to get my job out as soon as he could. Good communication is essential when problems arise and Steve is a good communicator. The installation boys were very good and although they made a few small mistakes, things were rectified quickly. The cupboards and fittings are top quality and I've no doubt that I got a much better, even way better result than a pre-made kitchen such as Kaboodle or anything else. Steve is good at making it easy and you will quickly become confident he is the man for the job. He will provide a top product and go out of his way to make sure you are happy with the result. I rarely give reviews, but for Steve I will make an exception because he deserves 5 stars.

Great showroom, not a little one like most cabinets makers. Seemed really great and happy to help even after i told them i wasnt building for a few years yet. I will definitely be using this place to have everything from my kitchen to my entertainment unit built.
