Had a problem with my free hub body after doing the Munda Biddi and needed the bike to get to the airport the next day. Even though they were very busy the mechanic worked his magic and got me back on the road. Great service, really nice guys.

I have been coming back to Passmore’s ever since I first went in for a set of tubes. The friendly atmosphere of the store and staff made me feel very welcome and I made a point to return when I next needed a service for one of my bikes.

Owner was extremely rude. Asked about phone mount for bicycle and was told "put it in your pocket" . Unpleasant attitude. Will never buy anything there. Sucks to be you dude. I just spent $12,000 on a motorbike and was about to buy a $4000+ bicycle.

I went to Passmore Cycles to buy an ebike, and was able to select from a wide range of suitable accessories in store to be fully kitted out and ready for action. Extremely impressed with the range and excellent customer care.

Worst service in quite a while and Overpriced. Went to buy tires and tubes but when I asked for help the look and attitude I got was like I was putting the guy out! So Rude. He said as Little as possible to communicate and was Not helpful. He almost seemed annoyed to have to take my $140 and in the end the tires don't fit. Never Again. Impulse are way better.
