Had the unfortunate, but also very fortunate pleasure to deal with Mount Baker Smash Repairs and Towing.

Our starter motor sh@t itself in the Porongarups national park and we live in Perth 💀 (unfortunate)

Phil was great from the get go. Very professional and friendly service. He had us feeling better about the whole situation in no time. We had a few good yarns on the way back up to Perth. It's amazing how a good interaction can turn the situation around. Life threw lemons and Phil made lemonade 🍋. We were grateful they could help out on a Sunday (fortunate).

I couldn't recommend the service highly enough.

We ran into car trouble late afternoon on Christmas day, around halfway through our trip from Perth to Albany. Now as you can imagine, this left us stranded in the middle of nowhere.

After spending three hours waiting for our breakdown service provider to arrange some sort of assistance to no avail, we took matters into our own hands and starting ringing 24 hour tow services ourselves.

Calling anyone and everyone in the southwest 24 hour emergency mechanical service and towing industry, many calls later we finally came across Mount Barker Smash Repairs. Not only do they say they provide 24 hour emergency service, but they also actually deliver.

Now here’s the most impressive part.

Our friendly towie was just about to sit down to Christmas dinner with his family when we called. Hearing our plight, he said no problem and jumped in his tow truck to drive a 3 hour round trip to come and help us.

Mount Barker Smash Repairs and Towing are absolute legends.
