I purchased a portable bbq from this store and it would not stay ignited, so I contacted the store and was given the best customer service I've had in a long time. Ryan was very helpfull and was prepared to go above and beyond to get me sorted out. The whole experience in this store was A1. The staff were friendly and very helpfull and the store was immaculate in its presentation. As it turned out, a slight adjustment to the to the temp probes and all is good.

Had an issue with a Dune fridge , 2 days before Xmas. Needed it sorted urgently. Phoned Albany store, Milo the store manager sorted it immediately. No questions. No problem at all. Happy customer. Thankyou 😊

The young man that served us yesterday was not even interested in his job. We paid and he turned his back, not handing us our purchase offering us a bag or even a thankyou. Won't be back in that store again. If I could give no stars I would.

No bicycles ebikes or escooters in stock at the albany store and staff are unwilling to special items not in stock from the anaconda website. The anaconda website is a waste of time as customers can't order items directly from the anaconda warehouse that are not stocked in albany.

Staff are polite but looking tired and overworked. Plenty of variety and prices and reasonable. Store is small and crowded so aisles are fairly tight and restricted for wheelchair users. Great location with plenty of parking.

Having entered here on a Saturday morning, I knew it would be busy and it was. Saying hello to the young staff member at the door was too much for him to handle, just mumbling under his breath. After some looking around, not one staff member asked if I needed help. Plenty were standing around talking to each other, the same young man I greeted at the door walked past without even abit of interest in my presence. I'm just glad I didn't buy anything, as I'd be paying for his wages for service that doesn't exist in this store. Never Again!!!

Unbelievable customer service by “Milo”
By far the best I’ve ever experienced from any store in my life.

The guy went above and beyond. Even went out of his own way to message me privately when a non stocked item came to the shelves.

This wasn’t a one off, he does this time and time again. Give the man a raise
