Absolutely terrible. - worse than poor! Zero star if I could. I have been chasing my negatives for months now and still don't have them back. Got notice they were in Woll, went to collect but they weren't there and no one knew where they were - only an assumption still in Syd. No one has called me back. Good luck finding help cause no one knows anything. The worst client experience ever. Save yourself the headache. Still waiting for my negatives from using this in Aug 2024.

The end product is great - but the service really isn’t good. I have showed up several times during opening hours and the store is closed - no note left, nothing. The last time I called to be like “do you definitely shut at 2pm on Saturday?” “Yes” was the response. I come to the store at 1pm - no one is there and no note. It’s infuriating.

Great service, the digital scans of my negs were with me 2 days after dropping them off. I had the choice of ordering prints or not and the negs were returned to me in a practical, re-usable wallet. All that and friendly, helpful service. I'll definitely be back.

So happy with the quality of my photos and the quick turn around! Thank you so so much.
Staff was lovely and helpful and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Fairly priced compared to other places in Wollongong. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff here are incredible. The woman is the most knowledgeable person I have ever come across when it comes to film. She is super patient and kind.
