The owner of this place is a bit of snakey slimy dude.

I wanted to rent some gear and the total cost didn’t add up correctly, I questioned it and there was hidden cost that wasn’t even added to the invoice.

My business is overseas (Denmark) and I told him the tax didn’t need to go on, but he insisted and proceed to place it on there and tried lecturing about the rules like i’ve never rented/hired gears before.

He was originally gonna charge me for 1 1/2 day even though I told him I was planning on shooting for 1/2 a day and I was fine with a full day fee. He then pretends to call and ask permission from his boss if I just charge 1 day instead of 1 1/2 day.

This guy is so sketchy.

I would recommend Joel Colthorpe(Roundshouse) and Luke Kellet(Head Jam Creative) for a good trust worthy and quality gear.

Joel and the Tommirock team are just AMAZING. Can't recommend them enough.

They shot our Duo, Trio, Band promo video earlier this year, and we were so happy with the result. They were super easy and fun to work with. Very patient too!

We got the final version of our video within a week and he also sent us some video screenshots which have been very useful in our promotion.
