We have been connected to CBM for many years and can only speak highly of the association. Whether it’s equipment purchases or technical support, their expertise and knowledge takes the stress out of keeping up in the technological age in which we operate, which for many, is a scary place. Thank the lord for Geoff Smith and our tech guru Brice Servais who just calmly fixes our problems as well as fix the associated panic attack that seems to be inherent. CBM are based in Perth and we are many kms away in the north west of the state , but this is not a barrier. They know our business and are aware of our limitations, but seamlessly fill the gaps! Highly recommend CBM and would never think of ever changing to another tech support company

Outstanding service from Gary Carmichael. Whatever I asked it was done with enthusiasm and a smile. Gary was thorough and what he said he was going to do he did and if he couldn't fix something on the day he did it remotely and was done in 24 hours like he said. Gary went out of his way to make sure our IT issues were dealt with properly and after each time of dealing with our computer issues he always asked if there was any other issues he could help me with. Gary is an absolute delight to work with. CBM I say to you. Look after him because it is so difficult to find people like Gary and more importantly someone who always has a smile when he comes in to our office. Such a delightful human being.
