The team here recently helped me purchase and install a commercial grade coffee machine as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Couldn’t be any more delighted with all the help I received. It felt like I was dealing with family... everyone was welcoming, warm, and it was fun being shown how to make a good coffee. So good dealing with people who care about good customer service. Hubby LOVES his new machine (obvs!!). Recommend 👍🏻

I dropped my Saeco coffee machine off on Tuesday 3rd November & I hadn't heard a thing from them on Friday 13th. I was initially told to allow 5-7 days & to not hear from them after 9 day is very disappointing.I phoned them today & there receptionist said she would get them to call me in 10 minutes & you guessed it I needed to phone them back 2 hours later to only get told we are very busy & your machine is one job away for getting started. So if you can get a more professional business to deal with then go there this mob is embarrassing & even though I originally bought this machine off them I want be ever returning my business again!
