We recently had an issue with a product purchased from Sink warehouse. We first went to their Wangara store where the customer service was outstanding not only had the lady immediately confirm the problem but was able to immediately source a replacement part from their Osborne Park store. We attended their Osborne Park store and were greeted by Laura who had the part waiting for us. This is the reason l always go to sink warehouse their focus on customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend these stores to friends for all their bathroom kitchen needs.
