The staff are Amazing. They could almost tell you the name of cow, lamb, pig and what blade of grass and paddock it came from! Knowledge is great.
Best Ham in Sydney, I'd even say Oz! Also there bacon! They have pride in what they do, and top notch quality and service.

Quality of the meat is great but the service has been disappointing - in the last few weeks, I have twice ordered ahead (by phone), agreed a pick up time, only to find my order has not been started when I arrive. Order is then promptly actioned but that defeats the point of ordering ahead.
