I have four beautiful, custom rugs made by Nick at Artisan Rugs. Each is made from quality New Zealand wool and looks stunning on our Jarrah floors in our Hampton-style home. I bought two of the rugs eight years ago and they look just as lovely as when I first purchased them! Each design is unique and each rug perfectly enhances and adds texture and warmth to our living space. I admire Nick’s craftsmanship and am grateful for his expertise and customer service. I highly recommend Artisan Rugs.

This is the 3rd rug Nick has made for us. Before the new rug from Artisan, the major items in the room clashed, and it felt as though we were going to have to reupholster furniture. Nick determined a subtle and beautiful colour for the new rug, and suddenly everything tones perfectly. His skills with colour are extraordinary. The rugs we have bought earlier from him are wearing well, and because of his clever skills with making patterns in the pile of the rug, show little dirt even though they are light colours in high traffic spaces. We are sorry we didn't know about Artisan Rugs earlier.

I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Artisan Rugs. Right from the start, Nick was really helpful, bringing a selection of rugs out to our home so we could see how they would look in situ. We made different choices to the ones we would have made in store, so this was great service.

One of our rugs was a large custom size, and on delivery Nick helped with furniture moving and installation, so that when he left we were free to enjoy it.

I love how the rugs have enhanced our rooms, and I would certainly recommend Artisan Rugs.

This is the 2nd rug I have bought from Nick at Artisan Rugs. The first was years ago when I needed something in a hurry and it has been perfect for its position ever since, thick luxurious and warm. This 2nd rug has been made for me from the design of a larger rug in the shop. It has taken a long time to be made and is worth every second of the wait. Absolutely delighted with the Wool and Silk Rug purchased from Artisan Rugs. Their service in offering to deliver the rug to my home to view it in situ was so worthwhile. It looked so great I had to keep it! Adam and Nick were very patient as we looked at the rug from all angles in the dining room, as the light changed the look, to ensure we were totally happy.
