terrible experience as a Mac reseller - price increased over $200 on an old model in 2 business days, staff didn't care or offer a solution, and didn't care whether I bought one or not, they were super unhelpful. and the original guy didn't tell me the prices fluctuate so often. would rather pay more somewhere more friendly and helpful rather than feeling ripped off.

Bruce in the Printing Team provided amazing service for me the other night - the template that the Officeworks website had directed me to use was incorrect but Bruce went the extra mile to re-size the template. Hey Officeworks you need to give this guy a payrise as him doing this prevented me from asking for a refund on the $70 worth of things I had bought from Officeworks that all relied on the template working. Thanks Bruce!

I recently visited your store to return a faulty Fitbit Inspire 3 (), and the experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting 20 minutes just to be assisted, Hugo—who was referred to as "the boss"—seemed determined to blame me for the product’s issues. He was condescending and overly "smart" about the product specifications, which clearly stated that water damage shouldn't have been possible, as indicated on the official website.

Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he wasted my time and made it seem like he was doing me a favor. His focus was more on having the last word than on helping a customer. After a needlessly prolonged interrogation, he eventually issued the refund, but there was no apology or basic courtesy like a "thank you."

This experience was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I hope better customer service training and standards are implemented in the future to avoid such negative encounters.

For anyone considering buying from here—just go to JB Hi-Fi! They price match and are far nicer people to deal with.

Its an Office Works.. nothing remarkable except to say they have some great staff in the printing area, who have moved jobs through quickly when needed (and some others who were not as willing to go that extra mile, and made me wait their full turnaround time - I don't fault that, they have always been on time).

Rena at printing section was incredibly rude, I am not from Australia and was using another word for a product and she kept giving me dirty looks and acting like I was stupid and was not willing to help me in any way. Would give 0 stars if possible
