A definite 5 star rating for the customer service team! Thank-you Zoe and Sarah who went out of their way to assist me in returning a product after there was a bit of confusion from both our ends after realising a product was not suitable for my mum who I had purchased it for as a Christmas gift. However a resolution was quickly and easily obtained and absolutely will not hesitate to continue to purchase these lovely products in the future. I'm in awe of Kora! Not only are the products out of this world, but their services are outstanding! No wonder why their CS is called "Customer Care".
I had a problem with my order and needed a change in the invoice in order to clear customs. Despite the short time for reaction and the 12-hour time difference they not only took care of the order and sent me a replacement one, but walked the extra mile and covered my expenses as a compensation for the inconvenience.
I feel really cared for and would recommend reaching out to them if you need any assistance.

Terrible and frustrating delivery process. It took 2 weeks to finally collect my parcel. And why shipping a pack of 4 nail files in a large box and not in an envelope? Will definitely not recommend this website.

I love all Kora organics products. My favourite is the Algae light moisturiser, it’s great for reducing skin redness and overall makes my face look the most youthful it has in years! I buy this cream for all my friends and family as Christmas and birthday gifts as it’s Yuka approved and I only buy non-toxic beautiful products.
