Been coming to this butcher for years. The meat basically sells itself, also any fresher it would walk out the door by itself. I find it a pleasant experience, also the customer service is always a pleasure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality organic meat. The prices are good especially for organic meat

I haven't actually cooked today's purchase but having owned butcher shops many years ago I can vouch for the quality these guys are selling.

I have finally found real carcase meat and not congealed cryovac blood sausage!! Hallelujah!!

I agree with others on this thread that the shop is clean and the meat is fresh. Also the butchers themselves seem like decent guys.

I have finally discovered a quality butcher shop on the lower North Shore.

We used Shoulder to Shank to cater for a camping weekend for 70 men. The quality of the steaks, sausages, chorizo and bacon were all fantastic and they provided sauces and onions also. Would definitely recommend.
