I left three dresses at my last hotel. Pack & Send Perth were very efficient in sorting out the right method of posting especially as I was on the move again to another hotel.

Don't bother trying to pick up a parcel on Saturday as they are closed even though it's says they are open and the page was edited only two weeks ago, a lot of time wasted getting there, you need to update your opening times online so people don't waste time.
I can only collect my parcel on Saturdays and they are not open.

My delivery got redirected to this place by fedex for no reason and they mention that the stores stays open till 5:30. I came here after work only to find that they were already closed by 4:30 for urgent delivery.
Very disappointing. Just change the working hour to 4:30 if you can’t commit to 5:30. It will help us plan our trips.

Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient. This place was meant to call me once they had processed a lost and found item two weeks ago - no call at ALL. Had to rock up to the front counter to then be sent to pick up from another location. Called prior to check if item was there, and informed them I would be there in 10 minutes. I get there and a “Back in 10 minutes sign” was placed over the locked door. Would you not have some common sense to wait Employee also came back in 25 MINUTES since waiting for this sign to be taken down. Ridiculously unprofessional. If employee goes over break time this needs to be looked at. Wish I could put a -1 star rating.
