Our Church recently needed to install sub-floor ventilation to get rid of persistent musty smells seeping into our public spaces. With good fortune we contacted Colin at Central Coast Ventilation.
Following a site inspection the work was completed very professionally and successfully by Craig. Throughout the process Colin and Craig were very helpful and pleasant people to do business with and the price was very fair. We will be contacting them again to do some electrical work.

I contacted Colin at Central Coast Ventilation to fix an under house humidity and mould issue in 2022. After providing a in-depth assessment CCV put a fan system and did a fantastic job with the install. The good news was that the mould and bad smell disappeared within a week. The bad news was that within 2 years there was an issue with the German fan which couldn’t handle the Australian conditions.

I called Colin and was very impressed with his response. He listened to the issue and replaced the fan under warranty. Then he went above and beyond to source a different fan that is plastic based and won’t corrode like the old fan. He swapped the fans at no cost to me and I couldn’t be happier. I have a fan that is even more effective than the German one and now I have great control and tracking options on the phone APP.

I am very impressed with the customer service and solution. I really appreciate Colin’s determination to fix the actual and not just wait for the next fan to corrode.

It is what people do when things don’t go to plan that really counts. I have no hesitation recommending Colin and CCV.

We contacted Colin back in 2018 to help us deal with that familiar mould wet smell that would fill the house when it was closed up. We had an under floor ventilation system installed - smell is gone, mould was being being dealt with. An amazing product and company.

Excellent communication, service and product. The price is absolutely reasonable for what has been achieved. Colin brought the product and information with him when quoting and explained how the system worked. Even checked the vent colours were appropriate. We had subfloor system installed to get rid of damp in cellar, storage area, and music room on bottom level of house. The air is now fresh and no mold. Could not spend time down there previously and musical instruments, furniture and documents were getting mold and damaged. It was really a wasted space. Now I can't spend enough time there. Also purchased a recommended air purifier because of the large area but the air purifier hasnt activated much after the initial week so it can be used in other areas of the house. Colin also followed up in the weeks after installation to make sure the systems were working well. Highly recommended.

When I first called Colin my music studio had become un usable due to mould build up and lack of ventilation.

I was also genuinely concerned as a lot of my equipment became at risk of being very badly damaged by the severity of the mould.

Not knowing what to do I reached out to Colin as he had done excellent work at my house before, helping with a similar problem.

Colin and his team got onto it right away, making time to fit the first stage of the ventilation process before the Christmas holidays despite it being late notice on my behalf.

The following stages were completed incredibly quickly in the new year.

Since then the transformation in the studio is unbelievable!!

Colin has monitored the system and made the necessary changes remotely until he and I were happy with the results.

The air is so clean and the moisture is nonexistent, Colin has also provided exceptional follow up support and regularly reaches out to check how things are going.

Not only is Colin great at what he does, he’s also just a nice bloke. Which does make a difference when dealing with a big project like this.

I would highly recommend him and his time to anyone needing help with similar issues around the home.

I had an insulation system that was installed by Central Coast Ventalation a few years ago it worked very well at the time . I lost house in storms and when I requested them to come out and re install a part of system the owner Colin refused to assist he told me I woukd be charged for new system . Everything was there under floor admittedly the buikder did not install ceiling vents which had to be re installed however all vents in roof and ended house were still there and motor was there . Central coast ventalation refused to assist so theses guys are good to install but poor in back up service

The electrician finished the work and brought the system into action. It is now controlled by an app that Colin can manage remotely when necessary.

We are now confident that this ventilation will go a long way to helping with our underfloor issues.
