The lack of parking at this place is ridiculous. For the amount of students it’s unrealistic. As a mother of 3 kids, who I still have to drop off at school, it’s unrealistic to think that I would then get on public transport to come in. The staff were shuffled around like roulette. Every day there was a new lecturer who didn’t know what we had been taught and it really messes with you in terms of being able to retain what you’ve learned. Everyone has their own way of teaching and i just found it extremely unorganised. I have since moved to another place with 2 lecturers and things are running a lot smoother. Trying to learn medical terminology with a group of 17 year olds talking and laughing at the back of the class is also distracting. People are actually here to learn and in future it might be better to segregate the young ones, who are fresh out of school into their own classroom. Staff were all lovely.

This is a great campus for south metro TAFE. It has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere, with great facilities and staff, studying here is 👍. The student carpark is a bit of a squeeze, usually being completely full by 8am, But at least it's free

- getting treated like dirt
- being spoken to like a child
- never being able to find parking
- having no value placed on your time
- having your personal info talked about to other students and staff

Then this place is for you!

Honestly, fine another RTO or just put the extra effort and go to uni. You will work harder here for no gain.

Lectures did nothing, head office did nothing.

This institution exists to make money, no to provide adequate resources, staff, parking, or education. Complaints go into the shredder and any lecturers that complain get reprimanded.

Ridiculers register experience!!!
Enrolled on the first day of open enrolment day, after two weeks received a email said need two certificates, but I was on holiday. So after a week, I went back and send it. Then no more further information. Until now, after three more weeks the class should start, they told me the class got full, so they kicked me out. I already resigned and prepared for full time study, now they told me this or go to Mandurah campus. As a mum with school hour kids who have after school classes, how can I go a hour and half on the way? And if they told me earlier, I still have time to enrol to the other tafe or keep working. Now everything is ruining. What a great service they did, in 5 weeks still couldn’t figure out how many students have registered and they can took.

Atrocious and rude service from the customer service personnel. Argumentative and raised voice. Incompetent. Accepted my year 11 daughter into a night course, clearly written on her enrolment she is attending year 11. Accepted the enrolment payment in full. Two weeks later, they cancel her enrolment due to being enrolled in school. I've been chasing a receipt for the enrolment and they are yet to supply one. And still yet to receive a refund. Private RTO would have ASQA all over them. Government Tafe gets a free pass for being Incompetent.
