Very dissapointed in the service
I was not told from the beginning that the other party needs to have a import code or vat registration

Please give your clients the full run down of how sending a parcel dont just take our money and leave us to deal with the admin

Had you guys told me from the begining that theres certain requirements to be met i wouldnt have went through with the package being sent

We dont work there we dont know whats needed
You need to tell us before taking our money
