Great until things don’t work out… bought a GT1000 brand new after a few short weeks it has had catastrophic failures. Which I’ve proven to both the store I bought it from and Roland via extensive videos. The store have been great - Roland however have suggested that after they assess it and “fix” it that I just “fob” it off second hand ?

So they are happy with a faulty unit being out there just as long as it not able to come back to them.

I bought the Roland UM-One mk2. I emailed Roland Australia support on 6 February as it was not working with my Mac. Did not get a reply so I thought I'd call them. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that they were busy and could not speak to me at that point. However, she said that someone would get back to me. It is now the 11 February and I still have not got a reply or help to sort out this issue. Prior to this last purchase, I had bought a keyboard and an electronic drumkit from Roland. The Roland UM-One mk2 is the last product I will ever buy from them. I am very disappointed with the after sales customer service from Roland. I would warn anyone buying Roland products to be aware that if they have an issue with their purchase that they may not get any support from the company.
