The manager there, Jamie I think his name is? was amazing. I suffer from a bit of social anxiety, and he was extremely kind and accommodating. He was happy to help me for as long as it took and wasn't pushy at all. I'm usually pretty good at killing my plants and he was very insightful with the tips he gave me to keep them healthy. Top service. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be returning again!

This is like the first problem I had with this store, but I got three female guppies and two male guppies just now. While they were settling in the tank before I released them, I noticed that all the females had white patches on them… it turns out they all have a fungus infection… there could be a chance the other females in the tank at the pet store also have a fungus infection

Meals for Mutts has been recalled and after asking how to return said product the manager told me the pink bag isn’t recalled !, well my pink bag of Meals for
Mutts is Mouldy & you are the rudest woman I’ve ever come across yelling it’s your day off! My dog is sick at the vets but it’s your day off you horrible human karma karma

Received a quote for basic monthly gardening and lawn mowing. Minor pruning and two small areas of grass (15-20sqm). Quote was $1600 per visit or $35,500 annually. What a disgrace, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The manager was extremely rude and pushy selling the dog food brand. She told the checkout girl that “I don’t need a reward card for that brand of food coz I ain’t coming back”. ℹ should have walked out then and there.
They only stock what they want. Really upsetting that there dogs walk around off leash in and out of the shop.

This is probably my favourite place in the Pilbara so far! This place is an adventure, there are lots of fibreglass animals hidden all throughout the nursery section, there's a kids play ground and all the staff are so very helpful. Great range, great quality and prices comparable to what you'd find in the big city. Great place to bring the kids for an hour.

Spent $500 on a bird and was told it was hand raised. He Clearly is not hand raised. When you drive two and half hours spend that much money it's just a disappointment!
