I rang this company twice to arrange hire of a generator. Both times I was told someone would call me back. I’m still waiting. I ended up going to The Hire Guys in Wangara where they answered the phone and were helpful from the word go.

I went for an electrician interview at the manufacturing facility in Malaga. Prior to this, l had done a telephone interview with the HR official. At the workshop, the supervisor just showed me where l was to work and never asked me questions. He even indicated he didn't know some of the things which made me not ask what l wanted to know. It was just like a general discussion but unfortunately ,after a week, l was told that l was unsuccessful because the supervisor wasn't happy with my confidence. I was surprised. What confidence when he didn't even ask me the questions. I am an electrician with a bachelor's degree though l didn't mention it and it's not there on my resume. My conclusion was maybe they don't employ black people.

If I could leave a no star review I would. Absolutely horrified with the level of customer service. Been dealing with these guys for three days now trying to get a generator to power our Cafe and now I'm not getting any kind of response. You guys have wasted three days of my time when I could have been enquiring elsewhere now tomorrow ill have to keep the shop closed and run at a total loss on one of our busiest days. 100% would not recommend you to anyone.
