From the receptionist to Chelsea, the lady who did my x-ray, to the very short waiting time and the cleanliness of the place, I can't praise SKG Murdoch enough.

It's a bit tricky getting through on the phone to book but once I did they were able to fit me in quickly for an ultrasound and the service was excellent. Paige did my procedure and she was so friendly and put me at ease. I had a negative experience at a different radiology service that day and this place was fantastic.

Very bad customer service. I called them and want to book a low-dose CT appointment for my mum. They pick up the phone and said can’t understand what I am saying, asking me send email of referral to them. Then I did and never get back to me.

To those who find it difficult to find where they are located, it is actually at the Murdoch Clinic - as you enter the building, they are on the left side.
I have spent 20 minutes at the parking area going around all the buildings as I could not find where they are and no signage.
My appointment was at 12.45pm and I tried to call them so i could get some help with directions, and their phone kept saying that they are closed and to call back during business hours. I am confused how my appointment was at 12.45pm and it is outside business hours ?
1 star for no signage, 1 star for the receptionist who was too old for her job and was not helpful at all BUT I must give 5 star for the radiographer.
The radiographer was amazing.

So disappointed with this service, rang up and booked an appointment with SKG tried for Kelmscott for MRI on bulk billed machine which Kelmscott do not offer so was booked in at Murdoch. Today arrived at Murdoch and was advised I’d be paying $300 out of pocket, the person on the phone had booked in on the wrong machine, the receptionists were not helpful and had a “not our problem” attitude, absolute waste of time travelling for this. Rang IMED and got in 2 hours later and they have a bulk of appointments, IMED is absolutely amazing.
