Greg always goes above and beyond when we come into Mercer Cycles!
In the past year Greg has sold and setup 3 bikes for the family! The most recent purchase was an EEVO X Cruiz.. it has been ridden every single day since Christmas and is well loved. Any time we have a question about any of the bikes, Greg is always more than happy to answer any of our questions!

I was let down by 99bikes Sucess on the assembly of my new e-bike. Called Mercer and explained what was needed done and assembled. Was told $100-$150 cash only for the assembly.
Now the Aventon Aventure 2 comes nicely packed and its estimated to take 30-45 mins to assemble the bike. I decided to go to the specialists to make sure it was assembled correctly so was happy to pay the going rate,
Got a text to say the bike was ready and was $200 for the assembly and cash only.
Went to collect the bike and both tyres weren’t inflated( he said “that’s the way they’re suppose to be”) reflectors weren’t put on and having the bike overnight, didn’t bother to charge the battery.
I did call to speak to the person who did this but they have decided not to return my calls. Piss poor service and I’ll be letting everyone know about this.

Great range of bikes and excellent service! I was in the market for an e-bike and so glad I checked out Mercer Cycles. Greg was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and expertise. I was tossing up between a couple of bikes, and Greg was very knowledgeable and practical in offering up the pros and cons of different models and features. I decided on a Momentum LaFree E+ and expected to wait a week or two for it to arrive, but to my delight there was one in stock and I was able to ride it home an hour later!

Thank you, Greg, for your exceptional service. My bike has given me a sense of freedom and opened up a whole new chapter in my life. Looking forward to many rides ahead.

We found the service at Mercer Cycles to be really helpful and informative. They are small and can get busy - so be patient when you go in. It’s worth it! Greg was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile. We love the Dirodi Rover 6’s we purchased thru Mercer. The bikes are fantastic and incredibly comfortable and easy to ride - good by sore ass; the Dirodi seats are incredibly comfy!

Great bike hires for touring about the city or Rottnest. Service is excellent and laid back. Prices are fair. You won't get a basket with a standard bike as the shop had issues with them getting damaged. My bike did not have a water bottle holder either which would have been nice to have a on hot afternoon. Parking a car near the shop can be a challenge with the hospital across the street and two schools nearby. Parking will add at least $20 to your bike hire. The shop is near the waterfront bike path, just head straight down Howard St. Grab a coffee and treat or a bag of gourmet crackers and dip next door to the shop and set off to explore on two wheels. We rode from Fremantle to Kings Park on a bike path much of the way.

Greg was extremely helpful and friendly. My hubby and I both bought a folding e-bike to take in the back of our utility when travelling Australia. We are very pleased with the compact bike and would definitely recommend Mercer cycles if wanting to buy.
