Ben and team provided a top quality and highly efficient install over 2 days. They provided ducted AC in 4 rooms over 2 floors and split in two other top floor rooms. This was all done in a 50 year old house where other AC companies had told us that ducted was not feasible. To say we’re delighted is an understatement. Along with Kerrie in front office this is probably the best trade company we’ve dealt with in the beaches. The best part of the entire install was the Smart MyAir controller that enables each room to be controlled separately and with its own temperature. We can’t recommend Platinum AC highly enough. They also left all rooms very clean when finished.

We had 2 old split systems replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
The quoting process was prompt and competitive. Communication was clear and regular. The installation technicians arrived on time as arranged and were friendly, courteous and professional. The installation was seamless, the work areas were left clean and all old hardware taken away.

Great company, Ben explained everything regarding installing 2 x Daikin units, very competitive quote. Ben's team turned up on time discussed detail of install proceeded to cover both rooms and all floors with drop sheets and cleaned up extremely well.
